Souvik Bose Appointed Reservations Coordinator at Pullman and Novotel New Delhi Aerocity
In his new role, Bose handles reservation inventory structures and contributes to front-of-house operational efficiency across both the Pullman and Novotel properties. The dual-brand structure requires reservation management that handles two distinct rate tiers, brand identities and guest profiles within the same operational system. His background across luxury guest services and team coordination positions him to navigate that complexity.
A Career Built Across Luxury Hotels and a Heritage Resort
Souvik Bose joins from JW Marriott New Delhi Aerocity, where he served as Guest Experience Expert. That role placed him in a guest-facing capacity at one of the capital's most prominent luxury airport hotels, managing client engagement and service delivery at the airport corridor's highest service level.
Before JW Marriott, he spent close to three years at Heritage Village Resorts and Spa Manesar, progressing from Associate to Team Leader during that period. His promotion to Team Leader at the same property reflects consistent performance and the confidence of the team in his ability to lead peers.
Earlier in his career, Bose completed an internship at Radisson in Ahmedabad, giving him his first formal exposure to hospitality operations in a branded hotel environment.
