Syed Afzal Ali Promoted to Deputy FOM at Lemon Tree

BHOPAL — Syed Afzal Ali has been promoted to Deputy Front Office Manager at Lemon Tree Hotels Bhopal. The move is a full internal promotion after he served as Assistant Front Office Manager at the same property.

Ali brings a decade of front office experience across hotel brands in Bhopal, Lonavala, Saputara and Indore. His career covers guest operations, team leadership, night audit, revenue monitoring and PMS systems management.

Syed Afzal Ali Rose Through Front Office Roles Across Six Hotel Brands

He started his hospitality career as Front Office Associate at Jehan Numa Palace in Bhopal. He then moved to Front Office Executive at Sayaji Hotels in Indore before taking his first management posting as Assistant Manager Front Office at Lords Hotels and Resorts in Saputara.

Syed served as Assistant Front Office Manager at Meritas Hotels and Resorts in Lonavala, where he led night audit processes and worked on improving guest satisfaction scores. He then moved to Royal Orchid Hotels in Lonavala in the same role, managing team recruitment, training frameworks and policy updates.

He joined Lemon Tree Hotels Bhopal as Front Office Manager before this promotion. His work there covered desk metrics, daily financial logging, guest escalation handling and safety compliance.

Syed Afzal works across Protel, IDS, Staah, Opera, Innkeys and Rategain property management and distribution systems. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Hotel Management from People University Bhopal.
