Located in Pecatu, Uluwatu, the ocean-facing development will feature approximately 120 to 130 keys within Bali’s upper-upscale hospitality segment. Industry analysts say the project highlights continued confidence in Bali hospitality despite increasing competition across Southeast Asia’s tourism market.

Cross Bali Uluwatu has already entered the construction phase after securing building permits. Earthworks and infrastructure development are currently progressing on site as the project advances toward full execution. According to PT THE CUBE GROUP, the development follows a long-term hospitality investment strategy focused on operational efficiency, disciplined governance, and sustainable value creation.

Hospitality experts believe Uluwatu remains one of Bali’s most attractive luxury tourism destinations due to its coastal landscapes, international visitor demand, and growing premium resort market. The area continues to attract luxury hotel developments aimed at high-spending international travellers seeking wellness, leisure, and lifestyle experiences.

Uluwatu has emerged as one of Bali’s premium tourism zones due to its oceanfront cliffs, beach destinations, surf culture, and luxury hospitality developments. The region continues to attract both international hotel operators and real estate investors looking to expand within Indonesia’s growing tourism economy.

Tourism experts say luxury resort projects contribute to Bali’s wider hospitality ecosystem by increasing accommodation capacity, supporting local employment, and enhancing international tourism appeal.

The Cross Bali Uluwatu development also reflects the broader hospitality trend toward integrating sustainability, local culture, and long-term destination development into modern resort projects.

With construction progressing and operational planning underway, Cross Bali Uluwatu is expected to become a significant addition to Bali hospitality while supporting continued tourism and hotel investment growth across Indonesia.
