Embassy REIT Hilton Bengaluru Opens New 211-Key Hotel

Embassy REIT Hilton Bengaluru has added a new hospitality landmark to the city's Outer Ring Road corridor. Embassy Office Parks Real Estate Investment Trust has opened a 211-key hotel in collaboration with New York-based operator Hilton. The property is located within Embassy TechVillage commercial park and marks the fourth hotel partnership between the two companies in Bengaluru.

Embassy REIT Hilton Bengaluru: Phase One of a Larger Plan

The new Hilton Garden Inn Bengaluru is the first phase of a 529-key dual-branded development inside the Embassy TechVillage hotel zone. A second property, a 318-key Hilton Hotels and Resorts, is expected to open later this year. Together, they will serve corporate occupiers, business travellers, and visitors to the Hilton Bengaluru Outer Ring Road area.

Alan Watts, President of Asia Pacific at Hilton, described the new property as built around intuitive functionality. The hotel offers efficient workspaces, seamless connectivity, and flexible meeting facilities. It suits guests seeking smarter stays along the Outer Ring Road.

Embassy TechVillage Hotel and Bengaluru's Growing Hilton Cluster

The Embassy TechVillage hotel location places guests within close reach of major corporate offices and business hubs. This latest Embassy REIT hotel development adds to a growing hospitality footprint in the city. Embassy REIT already operates a 619-key twin hotel with Hilton at Manyata Business Park. It also runs a 247-key Hilton hotel at Embassy GolfLinks.

With the addition of this property, Hilton's portfolio in Bengaluru has grown to 13 hotels. This makes it the brand's largest cluster anywhere in India. Embassy holds ownership while Hilton operates the property.

Embassy REIT Hotel Development: Broader Portfolio

The Embassy REIT Hilton Bengaluru opening adds to a significant real estate footprint. The trust owns and operates over 50 million square feet of office space across Bengaluru, Mumbai, Pune, NCR, and Chennai. Its portfolio includes 14 office assets, four operational business hotels, three hotels under development, and a 100-megawatt solar park supplying renewable energy to tenants.

The Hilton Garden Inn Bengaluru at TechVillage is a strategic addition for the Embassy REIT hotel development pipeline. It strengthens the trust's position as a leading hospitality investor in India's commercial real estate sector.

Shares of Embassy Office Parks REIT rose 1.08 per cent intraday on Tuesday before closing at ₹438.21 on the BSE, reflecting positive market sentiment around the opening.
