IHG Hotels & Resorts has announced the signing of a new Garner hotel in Bhiwadi, marking another step in the company’s expansion strategy across India. The upcoming property will feature 45 guest rooms and is expected to open in 2027.
The hotel will be developed by Modest Structures Private Limited and operated by United Hospitality Management (UHM), a hospitality management company with experience in managing hotels across India and the Middle East.
