After opening three bar forward outlets, Anirudh Kheny of Keen Mustard Ventures along with his partners Neeti Gokhalay Kheny and Atul Sunder decided to work on a project which didn’t even have a liquor licence. Thus was born Serious Slice, an outlet which serves ‘authentic’ Neapolitan pizzas and in the words of Anirudh Kheny had a huge amount of research backing it.
