Hotel Association of India, Lalit Suri School Launch Life Skills Lab

New Delhi, April 2026: The Hotel Association of India and The Lalit Suri Hospitality School have launched the “Image & Life Skills Lab” in the presence of Union Tourism Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat, aimed at strengthening soft skills training and enhancing employability in India’s hospitality sector.

The initiative marks a strategic collaboration between the industry body and the hospitality education institution, focused on bridging skill gaps and preparing professionals for an increasingly experience-driven hospitality landscape.

10-Day Programme Focused on Professional Skills

The Image & Life Skills Lab is designed as a specialised 10-day programme centred on professional presence, communication, and interpersonal skills. The course aims to equip participants with essential competencies required to succeed in modern hospitality roles.

The programme focuses on areas such as personality development, etiquette, and effective communication—skills that are increasingly critical in delivering high-quality guest experiences across hospitality formats.
