Indian Hotels Posts Strong Q3 FY26 Results

Tata Group‑backed The Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL) reported robust financial results for the third quarter of FY26, with consolidated net profit rising approximately 50% year‑on‑year to ₹954 crore compared with ₹632 crore in the same period last year. 

Revenue and Operational Growth

The company’s revenue from operations grew around 12% to ₹2,842 crore, reflecting continued demand across hotels, catering and new business segments.

One‑Time Gains and Exceptional Items

Profit for the quarter was assisted by exceptional gains, including proceeds from the sale of IHCL’s entire stake in its former joint venture with GVK Hotels & Resorts, which contributed significantly to the bottom line.

Alongside hotel operations, the company’s new business verticals and catering services also contributed to overall growth, supporting a balanced performance across segments during the quarter.
