BRIGHTON, England, June 19, 2026 — The Ivy Asia has refreshed its Experience Menu, a shareable line-up of pan-Asian dishes and cocktails now available across most of its UK restaurants, including Brighton. The group said the revamped menu, branded "Flavours of Asia," draws on cooking styles from Japan to the Philippines.

The Ivy Asia Experience Menu is the brand's signature set format, built to be shared across a table. The refresh updates the dishes and pairs them with a new cocktail collection.

The Ivy Asia, part of The Ivy Collection, runs restaurants across the UK and uses the menu to anchor its all-day dining offer.

Ivy Asia Experience Menu spans Japan to the Philippines

The menu opens with Japanese plates such as yellowtail nigiri, then moves through Southeast Asia. The group said it features Thai-inspired spicy salmon laab, a Vietnamese summer salad, Indonesian nasi goreng and king prawn laksa, closing with ube doughnuts.

The group said the dishes are available at its restaurants except those in Dublin and Manchester.

Destination cocktails join the refreshed line-up

The Ivy Asia paired the menu with a cocktail collection it developed with bar brand The Orientalist. The group said the drinks include the Osaka Sour, Bangkok Mule, Cà Phê Trứng Martini, Kuala Sling and Ube Colada.

Chef frames the menu as a journey across Asia

Simon Gregory, executive chef of The Ivy Asia, said each dish "takes inspiration from a different destination and style of cooking." He said the menu was designed for sharing and pairs the food with the cocktails in one sitting.

Gregory has overseen The Ivy Asia kitchens since the chain opened, across locations including London, Brighton, Cardiff, Guildford and Leeds.
