BENGALURU, July 29, 2026 — DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Bengaluru Outer Ring Road has introduced a reimagined menu at Spot 360, its rooftop poolside bar and kitchen, offering guests a refreshed dining experience that blends global flavours with Indian culinary traditions. The new menu is built around the philosophy of "Curated. Crafted. Elevated. Reinvented." and combines contemporary cuisine with signature cocktails in an open-air setting overlooking Bengaluru's skyline.
The refreshed offering aims to elevate the hotel's rooftop dining experience through premium ingredients, refined cooking techniques and an immersive beverage programme designed for modern diners.
Spot 360 reimagined menu blends global cuisine with Indian flavours
The new menu is structured around four culinary pillars that showcase a mix of international influences and regional Indian cuisine. The Artisanal Green Room features soups and salads prepared with ingredients such as burrata, charred peaches and pearl barley, while the High-Octane Small Plates section introduces global favourites enhanced with Indian flavours including Mathania chilli, Kasundi and wild mushrooms.
The Flame & Fire Grills selection includes premium ingredients such as Norwegian salmon and New Zealand lamb chops prepared using refined grilling techniques. Guests can also explore The Comfort Sanctuary, offering slow-cooked Indian classics, dum biryanis, signature lagan dishes and contemporary desserts.
Signature cocktails add a personalised experience
Alongside the culinary refresh, Spot 360 has launched Old Souls – Modern Pours, a cocktail collection that reimagines classic drinks using premium spirits, house-made infusions and fresh botanicals. The menu includes the Smoky Negroni, Elderflower 75, Mediterranean Fig Old Fashioned, Milk-Washed Mediterranean Picante, Smoked Mary and The Green Flame.
A highlight of the beverage programme is The Signature Surprise, an off-menu experience where guests describe their preferred flavour profile and the mixology team creates a personalised cocktail. The bar also offers sharing cocktails, zero-proof beverages and mindful drink options.
Leadership highlights the new culinary direction
The menu has been developed by Executive Chef E. Lokesh in collaboration with Food & Beverage Manager Binod Singh, who curated the beverage programme.
