Throughout her career, Zeina Abbas has demonstrated an exceptional ability to lead diverse teams, implement high-impact operational improvements, and deliver superior guest experiences. Starting her hospitality journey as a Front Desk Manager, Abbas steadily advanced through various leadership roles including Assistant Director of Front Office, Director of Front Office, and Director of Rooms. Her rise to Director of Operations underscores her dedication, expertise, and deep understanding of the hospitality sector’s evolving dynamics.

Academically, Abbas holds a degree in Banking and Finance from the Lebanese University, bringing a strong analytical and strategic foundation to her leadership approach.
