UDAIPUR, May 19, 2026 — Raffles Udaipur has appointed Aditi Nigdikar as Director of Revenue Management. She brings nearly a decade of experience in luxury hospitality revenue strategy and commercial operations.
The appointment strengthens the resort's commercial leadership at a time when Raffles Udaipur is expanding its footprint, having recently added 36 lakeshore rooms to its existing 101-room private island property.
Aditi Nigdikar's Revenue Management Career
Nigdikar built her hospitality career with Marriott International. She held senior revenue management roles across Delhi NCR, Central India and Pune.
Her areas of expertise include advanced demand forecasting, luxury brand stewardship and total revenue thinking. She is recognised for aligning sales, marketing and operations teams toward shared commercial goals.
Her record earned two prestigious industry honours. She received the APEC Elite Award Global and Continent 2024 for Special Achievement as RM Leader of the Year. She also received the APEC President's Circle 2023 for Revenue Management.

Academic and Professional Credentials
Nigdikar holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality from the Institute of Hotel Management, Catering & Nutrition, Bhopal. She also completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics from Apollo Medvarsity, Bengaluru.
