“Learning and development is not just about training, it is about unlocking potential and equipping our associates with the skills and confidence to create memorable guest experiences,” Paul said on joining the property. “I look forward to delivering meaningful development programmes that nurture talent and support the hotel’s vision of excellence,” she added.
Courtyard Mumbai Leverages People First Leadership
The appointment of the Training Manager follows the recent appointment of Sunanda Sathish as Director of Human Resources at the same property. Taken together, the two appointments mark a deliberate investment in the hotel’s people infrastructure, across HR strategy and capability development at the frontline.
Situated in the Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport corridor, Courtyard by Marriott Mumbai International Airport primarily serves corporate travellers, transit guests and airline crews. You need a trained, confident and supported associate base to consistently deliver service at that volume.
