Aseem Bajaj Appointed New Cluster Manager at Ginger Hotels
Aseem Bajaj is appointed Cluster Manager for Telangana and Andhra Pradesh at Ginger Hotels, rising through internal ranks from Management Trainee.
HYDERABAD — Ginger Hotels has appointed Aseem Bajaj as Cluster Manager for Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. He steps into the regional leadership role having built his entire hospitality career within the Ginger brand, from the first batch of its competitive leadership programme to Hotel Manager in Mumbai.
Aseem Bajaj Appointed Cluster Manager for Telangana and Andhra Pradesh
Based out of Hyderabad, Bajaj now oversees operations, commercial performance and guest experience across Ginger Hotels' portfolio in both states. His mandate includes building local leadership teams, scaling operational systems and expanding the brand's market reach across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
A Career Built Entirely Within Ginger Hotels
Aseem Bajaj was selected for the first batch of the Ginger Leadership Program, a competitive cross-functional training programme that gave him exposure across front office, housekeeping, F&B, engineering, finance and sales. That foundation shaped how he moved through the brand's ranks from the start.
He progressed from Management Trainee to Guest Service Executive, then to Assistant Hotel Manager and Hotel Manager at Ginger's Mumbai property, a 102-room hotel where he led full operational and commercial strategy. The progression happened on merit and within the same organisation, which reflects consistently strong performance in front of the same leadership team over several years.
Industry Recognition Along the Way
Bajaj has been recognised twice by Hotelier India during his rise through the ranks. He received the Front Office Manager of the Year award while serving as Guest Service Executive in Mumbai. He then received the Director of Rooms of the Year award during his tenure as Assistant Hotel Manager at the same property.
Winning two separate Hotelier India awards across two different roles at the same hotel is an uncommon track record. It reflects both versatility and sustained performance rather than a one-time standout result.
Commercial and Sustainability Impact at Ginger Mumbai as Cluster Manager
During his time managing the Mumbai property, Aseem Bajaj grew F&B revenues by 25% year on year by introducing conference setups and exhibition catering as new revenue streams. He also led sustainability initiatives that reduced energy consumption by over 2,000 units per month and cut daily water usage by 15 to 20 kiloliters.
Those results sit alongside strong guest satisfaction scores, which he drove to top-tier CSAT levels during his tenure as Hotel Manager.
Aseem Bajaj's Education and Early Career
Bajaj holds a Bachelor's degree from the Institute of Hotel Management Bangalore and an MBA from Manipal University Jaipur with a focus on sales and marketing. His early career includes an industrial traineeship at The Ritz-Carlton Bangalore, where he developed his foundational understanding of luxury hospitality standards.
