He steps into the regional leadership role having built his entire hospitality career within the Ginger brand, from the first batch of its competitive leadership programme to Hotel Manager in Mumbai.

Aseem Bajaj was selected for the first batch of the Ginger Leadership Program, a competitive cross-functional training programme that gave him exposure across front office, housekeeping, F&B, engineering, finance and sales. He progressed from Management Trainee to Guest Service Executive, then to Assistant Hotel Manager and Hotel Manager at Ginger's Mumbai property, a 102-room hotel where he led full operational and commercial strategy.
