Chef Pranab’s distinguished career includes serving in prestigious international hotel chains such as Intercontinental Hotels, Hilton, Four Seasons, and Starwood. He is particularly renowned for his expertise in Western and Middle Eastern cuisines, where he seamlessly blends sophistication with vibrant, aromatic richness.
