Davashish Srivastava Promoted to VP Development at RHG
Davashish Srivastava is promoted to Vice President Development South Asia at Radisson Hotel Group after nine years of driving expansion across the region.

GURUGRAM- Radisson Hotel Group has promoted Davashish Srivastava to Vice President Development, South Asia, effective April 2026.
The promotion recognises nine years of driving hotel expansion across India, Nepal, Bhutan and Sri Lanka within the group's South Asia development team.
Davashish Srivastava Promoted to Vice President Development South Asia at Radisson Hotel Group
Based in Gurugram, he now heads the development function for South Asia at Radisson Hotel Group. His remit covers expansion strategy, investor and owner relations, pipeline management, deal structuring and market entry across all brand segments.
Davashish steps into the VP role from Senior Director Development South Asia, a position he held from 2022 through March 2026. Before that, he served as Director of Development South Asia at the same group from 2017.
Background
Before joining Radisson Hotel Group, Davashish Srivastava served as Director of Development Planning at Whitbread PLC (Premier Inn) and as Associate Director at Horwath HTL.
He holds an MBA in Marketing Management from Nirma University and a BTech in Electronics and Communications from Uttar Pradesh Technical University.

He has signed hotels across a wide range of South Asian markets, from metro cores like Mumbai, Bengaluru and Delhi NCR to emerging destinations Kishangarh, Kalimpong, Roorkee and Coorg. His approach has consistently centred on first-mover advantage in underpenetrated markets and matching the right brand from Radisson's portfolio.
Beyond his professional work, Srivastava served as President of the Toastmasters Club of Dwarka, leading over 50 members and achieving nine of ten Distinguished Club Program goals.
