Dhiraj Vaghela has been appointed as Human Resources Manager at Radisson Blu Resort & Spa Shirdi, Maharashtra, taking on responsibility for the property’s people function. His responsibilities also included ensuring compliance with labour regulations and maintaining HR documentation and processes.
He has also held a similar role with Ramee Group of Hotels, Resorts & Apartments, where he was involved in designing hiring strategies, implementing retention programs, and managing employee records. His work included overseeing adherence to health and safety standards within operational environments.
