PUNE — Gaurav Bisht has been promoted to Assistant Director of Food and Beverage at Hyatt Regency Pune and Residences. The move is a full internal promotion, recognising his consistent growth across F&B roles at the same property.
Before this promotion, he served as Food and Beverage Manager at Hyatt Regency Pune. He has also held the roles of Assistant Food and Beverage Manager and Restaurant and Bar Manager at the same hotel.

His progression at Hyatt Regency Pune covers Restaurant and Bar Manager, Assistant Food and Beverage Manager and Food and Beverage Manager before this promotion. Each role built on the one before it within the same property.
Before joining Hyatt Regency Pune, he worked with The Westin Gurgaon and The Grand New Delhi. Those postings gave him early exposure to luxury hotel food and beverage operations across two of India's most competitive hospitality markets.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Hotel Administration from Delhi Institute of Hotel Management. His academic foundation supported his early career growth across premium hotel brands.
Gaurav Bisht As Assistant Director of Food and Beverage
Bisht will oversee F&B operations, guest experience, revenue strategy and team development across dining outlets and event services at the property.
