Novotel Jaipur Convention Centre and Jaipur Exhibition and Convention Centre (JECC), managed by Accor, have appointed Harshit Tamrakar as People & Culture Manager. With over seven years of experience in hospitality human resources, he will lead HR strategy and employee engagement initiatives across the integrated property.
Appointment to Strengthen HR Leadership
The dual-property complex confirmed Tamrakar’s appointment as part of its focus on enhancing people practices and organizational culture. In his new role, he will oversee human resources operations, including recruitment, talent development, and employee relations, while aligning HR initiatives with the business objectives of the property.
He will also be responsible for implementing HR frameworks that support workforce planning and operational efficiency, ensuring that people strategies are integrated with overall service delivery goals.
