UDAIPUR, Rajasthan — Udaipur Marriott Hotel has promoted Khushboo Sharma to Director of Human Resources, recognising her role in building the people function at Udaipur's first Marriott-branded property from the ground up.
Sharma joined the pre-opening team in December 2024 as one of the first two associates on the property.
Khushboo Sharma's Marriott Journey Began in Ahmedabad
Sharma joined Marriott International in Ahmedabad as Human Resources Manager before progressing to Assistant Director of Human Resources. During her tenure there, she was part of the property's transition from Courtyard by Marriott to Le Méridien Ahmedabad.
She was then selected as the pre-opening HR leader for Udaipur Marriott Hotel, where she helped shape the property's people philosophy and associate experience ahead of its launch.
14 Years of HR Experience Across Leading Hotel Groups
Sharma brings over 14 years of hospitality HR experience, with previous roles at Taj Hotels, Radisson Hotel Group and The Oberoi Group.
In her new role, she will focus on talent development, associate well-being, leadership growth and fostering a people-first workplace culture at the hotel.
