Niladri Chakraborty Appointed Assistant FOM at Fairfield Indore

INDORE — Niladri Chakraborty has been appointed Assistant Front Office Manager at Fairfield by Marriott Indore. He brings five years of front office experience built entirely within the Marriott International network in Indore.

His return to Fairfield by Marriott Indore follows a four-month posting as Duty Manager at Indore Marriott Hotel. Before that he spent over four years at the same Fairfield property across multiple front office roles.

At Fairfield by Marriott Indore, he progressed from Front Office Associate to Front Office Executive to Assistant Front Desk Manager before this appointment. Each role built directly on the one before it at the same property.

His four-month stint as Duty Manager at Indore Marriott Hotel added broader operational exposure within the Marriott ecosystem in the same city before he returned to Fairfield in his current role.

Early in his career he completed a five-month internship at ITC Sonar and Royal Bengal in Kolkata. He also gained early operational training at Hyatt Regency Kolkata and Swissotel Kolkata before starting his permanent career with Marriott.

He studied at the International Institute of Hotel Management and is also enrolled with Indira Gandhi National Open University.

His five years within Marriott's brand standards in the Indore market give him a detailed understanding of the property and its guest base.
