In his new role, Saiprasad M oversees housekeeping operations at Aloft Muscat, supporting team management, cleanliness standards, operational coordination and guest service delivery across the property. The 152-room upscale hotel sits in the Al Khuwair business district and forms part of Marriott International's Aloft Hotels brand.
A Career Built Through Consistent Internal Growth at Le Méridien Dubai
Saiprasad M started his hospitality journey as an intern at Le Méridien Dubai Hotel and Conference Centre, one of the larger full-service properties in the Marriott International portfolio in the UAE. Starting as an intern at a property of that scale and working through multiple roles there over several years is a meaningful foundation.
From that starting point, he progressed through Floor Supervisor and Administration Coordinator roles before being elevated to Senior Housekeeping Supervisor at the same property. Moving through three distinct roles within one hotel reflects the kind of operational depth that only comes from staying long enough in one environment to genuinely understand it.
His promotion to Assistant Housekeeping Manager at Aloft Muscat marks his first move across properties and his step into management within the Marriott network.
