Sandeep Gane brings more than 18 years of experience in hospitality human resources, having worked across multiple hotel brands in India. Prior to joining Sheraton Grand Chennai Resort & Spa in October 2023, he served as Associate Director of Human Resources in a cluster role at The Raintree Hotels.

His earlier career includes roles such as Talent & Culture Manager in a cluster capacity at Novotel Visakhapatnam Varun Beach and The Bheemili Resort. He has also held HR Manager positions at The Lalit Golf & Spa Resort Goa and The Chancery Pavilion, gaining exposure to diverse operational environments and workforce management structures.
