His earlier career includes roles such as Talent & Culture Manager in a cluster capacity at Novotel Visakhapatnam Varun Beach and The Bheemili Resort. He has also held HR Manager positions at The Lalit Golf & Spa Resort Goa and The Chancery Pavilion, gaining exposure to diverse operational environments and workforce management structures.
