Role and Responsibilities as Food & Beverage Manager
In his new role, Sanket Murari will oversee all food and beverage operations at the property, including restaurant, banquet, and service functions. His responsibilities include improving service standards, managing day-to-day operations, and driving revenue performance across outlets.
He will also focus on maintaining operational efficiency, ensuring consistency in service delivery, and aligning offerings with evolving guest expectations. Sanket Murari’s International Tenure with Marriott
Murari’s professional background includes eight years with Marriott International, where he worked across brands such as JW Marriott and Courtyard by Marriott in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. His tenure in international markets provided exposure to global service standards and multi-outlet operations.
During this period, he gained experience in managing high-volume environments and implementing structured operational processes. This international exposure supports his ability to deliver consistency and maintain quality standards in diverse hospitality settings.
Experience in Indian Hospitality Market
Following his return to India in 2021, Murari worked with brands including Club Mahindra and Sterling Holidays. He also played a key role in the pre-opening phase of MG Sarovar Portico Haridwar as Food & Beverage Manager, contributing to operational setup and team readiness.
His responsibilities during pre-opening assignments included establishing service frameworks, developing menus, and preparing teams for launch. Prior to joining The Fern Heaven on the Hills, he was associated with Mayfair Lake Resort, where he continued to build his operational expertise.

Murari has managed multi-outlet food and beverage operations and led teams of over 30 associates. His experience includes improving guest satisfaction metrics, driving revenue growth, and implementing structured operational practices.
