In his new role, Simranjit Singh will oversee the front office operations at Hyatt Place Hampi, taking responsibility for managing guest services, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes, and maintaining service standards across all front-facing functions.
As Head of Department, he will lead the front office team, focusing on enhancing guest satisfaction and improving operational performance. His responsibilities include supervising daily operations, driving service consistency, and aligning departmental processes with the hotel’s broader operational framework.

Simranjit Singh began his hospitality career in July 2019 with Jaypee Residency Manor, Mussoorie, where he gained foundational experience in hotel operations. He later joined JW Marriott Chandigarh in December 2020, expanding his exposure to luxury hospitality environments.
In December 2021, he moved to Hyatt Regency Chandigarh as a Team Leader in the front office department. His performance led to a promotion to Assistant Manager – Front Office in 2023, marking a key step in his career progression.
