KOLKATA — Sriparna Das has been appointed Assistant Food and Beverage Manager at Hyatt Centric Ballygunge Kolkata. She brings 12 years of hospitality operations experience with expertise across outlet management, guest service, team leadership and revenue planning.
Das was previously Manager for Outlets at the same property. Her move to Assistant Food and Beverage Manager is an internal progression within Hyatt Centric Ballygunge Kolkata.
Sriparna Das Built F&B Career Across Three Hotel Brands in Kolkata
Her career includes roles at JW Marriott Kolkata and Novotel Kolkata Hotel and Residences. At both properties she was involved in restaurant operations, event management, guest engagement and business development work.
Working across Hyatt, Marriott and Accor brand environments in the same city gave her a strong understanding of how different luxury and upscale hotel brands manage food and beverage operations and guest expectations in the Kolkata market.
Sriparna Das holds a degree in Sociology from Netaji Subhash Open University and a diploma in Hospitality Travel and Customer Service Management.
What the Role Covers at Hyatt Centric Ballygunge
As Assistant Food and Beverage Manager, Das will support F&B operations across service delivery, cost control, inventory management and coordination between culinary and front-of-house teams. She will also contribute to dining experience development and guest engagement initiatives.
Her work will cover food and beverage offerings for both local diners and MICE and leisure segments, working alongside the hotel's sales and marketing teams.
