Takshila Chheda Appointed Area Director DM at Alila Diwa

GOA — Alila Diwa Goa has appointed Takshila Chheda as Area Director of Digital Marketing. In her expanded role at Hyatt Hotels, she will lead digital marketing across the Goa and Pune markets in addition to West and Central India.

Chheda previously led digital marketing for North, East and West India at Hyatt Hotels. Her new scope adds Goa and Pune to her existing remit within the Hyatt portfolio.

Takshila Chheda Built Digital Career Across Hospitality and Major Indian Brands

Before joining Hyatt, she served as Digital Marketing Strategist at Jio World Centre under Reliance Industries. She played a key role in the digital launch and amplification of the Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre during her time there.

Takshila Chheda also held the role of Senior Manager Digital Marketing at Tata Motors, where she contributed to the brand's digital presence and engagement across multiple campaigns and platforms.

Earlier in her career she built expertise across leading communications agencies and the hospitality sector, working across a wide portfolio of brands. That combination of agency, corporate and hospitality digital experience gives her a strong cross-sector foundation for her role at Hyatt.

She holds a Master of Science in Corporate Communications and Reputation Management from Manchester Business School in the UK. She also holds a Bachelor's degree in Mass Media with a specialisation in Advertising from Mumbai University.

As Area Director of Digital Marketing, Chheda will shape and execute digital and performance marketing strategies across Hyatt's portfolio in Goa, Pune, West India and Central India. Her work covers brand management, digital, social media, public relations and revenue-driven online visibility.
