National, April 2026: Fairmont Jaipur has appointed Vikram Singh as Food & Beverage Manager. He brings over 18 years of rich experience in luxury hospitality across leading hotel brands in India and abroad.

Vikram Singh’s Vision for Fairmont Jaipur’s F&B

Currently serving as Food & Beverage Manager at Fairmont Jaipur, this hospitality professional brings nearly two decades of experience across luxury hotels, destination resorts, and high-end dining operations.

At Fairmont Jaipur—a 245-room destination wedding hub with multiple F&B outlets—the role focuses on driving large-scale banquet operations, restaurant performance, and elevated guest experiences across diverse dining formats.

Strengthening Fairmont’s F&B Leadership in Rajasthan

In this role, he will lead the Food & Beverage operations at Fairmont Jaipur. He will be responsible for enhancing guest dining experiences, strengthening service standards, and driving operational excellence in line with the brands luxury positioning.

Career Milestones across IHCL and Taj Hotels

Prior to this, he spent close to a decade with The Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL), holding key leadership roles across premium properties including Taj Sawai Ranthambore and Taj Cidade de Goa. His tenure covered pre-opening operations, menu engineering, and managing multi-outlet F&B environments in both leisure and destination markets.

A Legacy of Luxury: 18 Years in Hospitality

Earlier experience spans Vivanta Bengaluru Whitefield, Taj Tashi Bhutan, and Umaid Bhawan Palace Jodhpur, where he steadily progressed from operational roles to leadership positions—building expertise in luxury service, outlet management, and large-scale events. His journey began with foundational roles at Trident Agra and training at Jaypee Palace Agra, setting the stage for a career defined by operational precision, guest-centric service, and consistent growth.
