Career Background and Multi-Property Experience
Mathur has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with leadership roles across resort and hotel operations. Prior to his current role, he served as General Manager – Operations & Projects at Howard Hospitality & Wellness from November 2020 to October 2023.
During that tenure, he oversaw operations across 14 properties and supported expansion to 22 locations, managing pre-opening activities, infrastructure readiness and team onboarding while maintaining consistent revenue growth.

Earlier in his career, Mathur held General Manager roles at Spree Hotels in Mumbai and Saya Grand Club & Spa Resort in Thane, managing full-scale operations and financial performance.
