He oversees preparation and execution of the hotel’s annual operating budget, sales and marketing plans, and capital expenditure planning. His responsibilities include monitoring daily business reports, managing procurement processes and coordinating with vendors and stakeholders.

Singh also prepares financial reports for ownership and ensures that operational decisions align with business objectives and profitability targets.

Career Background and Industry Experience

Singh has nearly 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with expertise in hotel operations, guest service management and strategic planning. Prior to his current role, he served as General Manager at Amatra by the Ganges, Haridwar, and as Deputy General Manager – Operations at The Abduz, Leh.

He also held leadership roles including Director – Operations at Programic Asia, where he managed hospitality partnerships and event operations across India.

Early Career and Professional Development

Earlier in his career, Singh worked in operational roles across hospitality brands including Brijrama Palace Varanasi, Lords Hotels, Radisson Blu Agra and Park Plaza Chandigarh. His experience spans front office management, guest relations and operational coordination.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management and Catering Technology from IHM Trivandrum, the company said. The India’s 50 Best General Managers 2026 awards are currently in the nomination phase, with candidates under evaluation. The process is ongoing.
