The nomination acknowledges Keerthinidhi’s leadership role at Le Foliage by TGI, part of TGI Hotels & Resorts, where he operates within a cluster general management structure. He has been serving as Cluster General Manager – Operations since April 2019, based in Bengaluru.

Career Background and Industry Experience
Keerthinidhi has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with expertise in hotel operations and food and beverage management. Prior to his current role, he served as Operations Manager at Ramanashree Brunton, Bengaluru, between 2018 and 2019.
He also held leadership roles at Premier Inn Bengaluru and Sterling Mac Bengaluru as Food and Beverage Manager and Assistant Food and Beverage Manager, managing departmental operations and service delivery.
Early Career and Professional Development
Earlier in his career, he worked with Radha Hometel, Fortune Select JP Cosmos and Taj West End in Bengaluru, progressing through roles in guest service and food and beverage operations. His experience includes team training, guest service management and operational planning.
He holds a Master’s degree in Tourism Management from Madurai Kamaraj University and a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management and Catering Technology from Periyar University, the company said.
