The nomination acknowledges Krishan’s current leadership at The Earth Amritsar, where he has been serving as General Manager since July 2023. The hotel operates under the Trademark Collection by Wyndham brand in Amritsar, Punjab.

He was responsible for pre-opening coordination, including establishing operational frameworks, defining standard operating procedures and setting up departmental structures for the property, the company said.

Krishan has more than 15 years of experience in the hospitality sector, with roles across India and international markets including Tanzania. Prior to his current position, he served as General Manager at Triton by Daiichi Hotels in Raipur between 2021 and 2023.

Earlier in his career, he held food and beverage leadership roles at Royal Orchid Hotels in Ludhiana and Zone by The Park in Raipur, where he managed operations, cost control and revenue optimisation initiatives.

He also worked in operational and managerial roles with brands including Ramada by Wyndham and ITC Hotels, progressing through positions in guest services and restaurant management.

Performance Record and Achievements

According to available records, Krishan implemented operational measures that reduced costs by 12% and contributed to a 25% increase in guest satisfaction scores through service-focused training initiatives.
