The nomination acknowledges Krishan’s current leadership at The Earth Amritsar, where he has been serving as General Manager since July 2023. The hotel operates under the Trademark Collection by Wyndham brand in Amritsar, Punjab.

Earlier in his career, he held food and beverage leadership roles at Royal Orchid Hotels in Ludhiana and Zone by The Park in Raipur, where he managed operations, cost control and revenue optimisation initiatives.

He also worked in operational and managerial roles with brands including Ramada by Wyndham and ITC Hotels, progressing through positions in guest services and restaurant management.

According to available records, Krishan implemented operational measures that reduced costs by 12% and contributed to a 25% increase in guest satisfaction scores through service-focused training initiatives.
