He also worked as General Manager at Darza Luxury Resort in Coimbatore and Spree at Century Wintersun Resort in Bengaluru, handling pre-opening projects, operational planning and team leadership.

Earlier in his career, Sathya held positions including Room Division Manager at The Sunway Manor, Pondicherry, and Sivaraj Holiday Inn, Salem, overseeing housekeeping, front office and guest service operations.
