The nomination acknowledges Pereira’s current role overseeing operations at Jasraj Palace Yavatmal under the Radisson Individuals brand. He is also associated with Nile Hotel Management Company as a multi-unit General Manager, managing multiple hospitality assets.

He has led turnaround strategies for underperforming assets within six months using data-driven decision-making, while improving gross operating profit margins and strengthening revenue performance.
Career Background and Industry Experience
Pereira has more than 20 years of experience in the hospitality sector, including leadership roles across India and international exposure in Papua New Guinea. He has been part of pre-opening teams for nine hospitality properties, including senior management roles in five projects.
His previous associations include The Leela Palace Bengaluru, Grand Hyatt Mumbai, Grand Hyatt Delhi, The Lalit Ashok Bengaluru and Ananda in the Himalayas, where he managed operations, sales and guest experience functions.
Board-Level Experience and Professional Credentials
In addition to operational leadership, Pereira serves as an Independent Director at Z-Tech India and Sat Kartar Shopping since 2023, contributing to governance, compliance and business strategy. His role includes providing oversight on risk management and market expansion initiatives.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management from Christ College Bengaluru and a postgraduate diploma in personnel management and industrial relations from St. Joseph’s College of Business Administration, the company said.
