Earlier in his career, he served as Food and Beverage Associate at The Den Bengaluru from October 2017 to November 2021 and at Ibis Novotel Bangalore Tech Park from January 2016 to October 2017, gaining experience in guest service, outlet operations and team coordination.

Awards and Professional Development

Kumar has been recognized for his contributions to hospitality operations through multiple internal awards. He was named Star of the Month at Novotel Imagica Khopoli and received the same recognition twice while working at Ibis Novotel Bangalore Tech Park.
