Dangar oversees planning, control and coordination of food and beverage service operations at the outlet. His responsibilities include managing guest satisfaction, handling complaints, supervising staff and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

He is also involved in food and beverage planning, financial oversight, report preparation and implementation of operational procedures aligned with company requirements.

Career Progression

Prior to his current role, Dangar served as Assistant Restaurant Manager at Quality Inn Rockwell Grand, Bengaluru, from June 2023 to November 2025. He also worked as Food and Beverage Executive at The Fern Residency, Hubballi, between September 2021 and June 2023.

Earlier, he held positions as Food and Beverage Captain at Regenta Place by Royal Orchid Hotels, Bengaluru, and as Food and Beverage Associate at ibis Hotel, Nashik. He began his career with an internship at Courtyard by Marriott, Bilaspur.

Dangar has experience across food and beverage service operations, including outlet management, guest handling and team supervision. His exposure includes participation in hygiene, safety and operational audits and involvement in training programmes such as the Accor Emerging Leaders Programme.

He holds an MBA in Hotel Management and Tourism from DSM School of Management, Kolkata, under Annamalai University, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Bharat University, Tamil Nadu.
