The hospitality group said the phased launch will initially focus on local staycations, dining experiences and member engagement within the Emirates as regional travel and tourism activity continues to strengthen.
ALL Accor+ Explorer Expands Into UAE Market
The program arrives ahead of the Eid Al Adha travel period and offers members access to discounted hotel stays, dining benefits and exclusive hospitality experiences across participating Accor brands.
Hotels involved in the launch include properties operating under Sofitel, MGallery, Mövenpick, Pullman and Novotel. Accor said more than 1,500 staff members have completed training to support the introduction of the loyalty platform in the UAE market.
The company described the UAE as a strategic destination because of its strong hospitality infrastructure and active tourism sector across Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
Accor Targets Local Travel and Dining Experiences
According to Accor Plus Chief Executive Officer Emilie Couton, the launch represents the first stage of a broader international expansion strategy for the subscription platform.
Members will initially be encouraged to use the program for local dining, hospitality and staycation experiences while international travel demand across the region continues to recover.
The program offers benefits including up to 30% discounts on dining, 15% savings on beverages and two complimentary Stay Plus nights annually. Accor said members will also gain access to more than 30 launch offers across participating UAE hotels.
Accor Strengthens Loyalty Strategy in Middle East
The membership platform currently serves more than 485,000 members across Asia Pacific markets and forms part of Accor’s broader customer retention and loyalty strategy.
Kerry Healy, Chief Commercial Officer for Premium, Midscale and Economy brands at Accor MEA APAC, said the program provides hotels with tools to strengthen long-term customer engagement and repeat visitation.
Memberships are available through annual subscription payments or redemption of ALL Accor loyalty points. The annual membership fee has been set at USD 249.
