The appointment took effect on February 1, 2026. Grosso will continue to serve as Managing Director of The Langham, Boston while taking on his expanded regional responsibilities.

Grosso brings nearly three decades of experience in the luxury hospitality industry. Since joining Langham Hospitality Group in 2019, he has played an important role in leading The Langham, Boston following its significant renovation and repositioning in the luxury hotel market.
Prior to joining the group, he held senior operational positions at several luxury hospitality brands and properties around the world, building extensive experience in managing high‑end hotels and delivering exceptional guest service.
