Marriott hotel development Thailand 2026 adds seven hotels and 1,262 keys across Bangkok, Pattaya and Phuket under a new FICO agreement.
Marriott hotel development Thailand 2026 is set for a major push. Marriott International and FICO Corporation have signed an agreement covering seven hotels in Thailand. The projects are expected to add 1,262 keys across Bangkok, Pattaya and Phuket. Hotel News Resource reported the deal, and more on the group is on the Marriott International website.
The agreement expands the JW Marriott brand in the country. It also plans Thailand debuts for citizenM, Four Points Flex by Sheraton and Series by Marriott. This is a clear sign of the Marriott International Thailand expansion gathering pace.
Marriott Hotel Development Thailand 2026 Starts in Bangkok
JW Marriott Bangkok Sathorn is expected to have 288 keys. The hotel is slated to include sports and fitness facilities and a lifestyle hub.
citizenM Bangkok Sukhumvit 11 is anticipated to have 147 keys in the Sukhumvit district. The hotel is expected to feature technology, contemporary design, service and a food and beverage venue.
Four Points Flex by Sheraton Joins Marriott Hotel Development Thailand 2026
Three Four Points Flex by Sheraton hotels are set to enter Bangkok. Four Points Flex by Sheraton Bangkok Sukhumvit 8 is expected to have 162 keys. Four Points Flex by Sheraton Bangkok Sukhumvit 14 is expected to have 130 keys.
Four Points Flex by Sheraton Bangkok Surawong is expected to have 201 keys. All three properties are planned near the BTS Skytrain network. That gives guests easy access to the city.
Series by Marriott Brings New Hotels in Pattaya and Phuket
The agreement also includes two Series by Marriott hotels. Easy Planet North Pattaya, Series by Marriott, is planned for Pattaya with 192 keys. Easy Planet Phuket Patong, Series by Marriott, is planned for Phuket with 142 keys.
These two projects extend the plan beyond the capital. They add Phuket hotel development and new supply in Pattaya to the group's Thailand pipeline.
How Marriott Hotel Development Thailand 2026 Builds on an Existing Partnership
The deal builds on a relationship between Marriott and FICO Corporation. That partnership already covers four hotels in Bangkok under four brands. They are Hotel Muse Bangkok, Autograph Collection, and Marriott Executive Apartments Bangkok Townhall Sukhumvit.
The other two are Four Points by Sheraton Bangkok Ploenchit Sukhumvit and Metropole Bangkok, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel. With the seven planned properties, the collaboration will include 11 hotels across eight brands.
