RAJKOT, May 24, 2026 - NILE Hospitality has announced the launch of Park Inn & Suites by Radisson Rajkot, scheduled to open later in 2026 as the city’s first internationally branded hotel. The project expands NILE Hospitality’s Gujarat portfolio and strengthens Radisson Hotel Group’s presence in western India.
The upcoming property reflects increasing demand for branded hospitality infrastructure in secondary Indian cities, particularly across Gujarat’s industrial and commercial corridors. The hotel will target business travelers, conference visitors and leisure guests visiting the Saurashtra region.
Park Inn & Suites by Radisson Rajkot Expands Gujarat Hospitality
With the Rajkot project, NILE Hospitality’s portfolio in Gujarat increases to nine properties. The company has focused on expanding mid-scale and upscale hospitality offerings in emerging urban markets across the state.
Rajkot continues to attract investment due to its manufacturing, engineering, textile and diamond industries. Hospitality operators have identified the city as a growing destination for corporate travel and regional tourism.
NILE Hospitality said the collaboration with Radisson Hotel Group will bring internationally recognized service standards and global reservation access to the Rajkot market.
Radisson Partnership Brings Global Brand Presence
The property will operate under the Park Inn & Suites by Radisson brand, part of the global Radisson Hotel Group portfolio. Guests will also have access to the Radisson Rewards loyalty program and international booking platforms.
According to the company, the hotel is expected to include contemporary guest rooms, dining facilities, meeting spaces and business-oriented amenities tailored for modern travelers.
The arrival of an internationally branded hotel is expected to strengthen Rajkot’s hospitality ecosystem and support larger conferences, business events and corporate travel activity within the region.
Rajkot Hospitality Sector Sees Growing Investment
Industry observers say branded hotels often contribute to broader infrastructure and tourism development in emerging cities. International operators also introduce standardized operational practices, staff training programs and quality benchmarks that influence the wider hospitality market.
Rajkot’s improving connectivity and expanding business ecosystem have supported demand for organized accommodation options in recent years. The city’s hospitality sector has largely been dominated by regional and independent operators until now.
NILE Hospitality said the project aligns with its long-term strategy of bringing recognized hospitality brands into underserved urban markets across India.
Additional details regarding room inventory, booking timelines and opening schedules are expected to be announced closer to launch. More information is available through the official Radisson Hotels platform.
