The solution introduces an automated approach to managing guest lists and group reservations, addressing long-standing operational inefficiencies in hotel group booking workflows. The rollout marks what the companies describe as an industry-first move to replace manual data handling with AI-driven automation.

The technology focuses on digitising and automating the rooming list process, a core component of group bookings that has traditionally relied on manual data entry. Through guest data ingestion capabilities, the system can capture and structure information from multiple formats, including PDFs, emails, spreadsheets, and handwritten inputs.

This data is then synchronised directly into property management systems (PMS) or customer relationship management (CRM) platforms, reducing reliance on manual rekeying.
