Luxury hospitality brand Raffles Hotels & Resorts is bringing together two of its iconic Southeast Asian properties for an exclusive bar takeover series celebrating cocktail craftsmanship, cultural storytelling, and regional flavours.
The two-part collaboration, titled "Philippines to Cambodia x Cambodia to Philippines," will see the renowned Elephant Bar at Raffles Grand Hotel d’Angkor in Siem Reap and the legendary Long Bar at Raffles Makati exchange award-winning bartenders for immersive guest experiences.
Two Legendary Hotel Bars Join Forces
The collaboration is being held in partnership with Maison Ferrand, Moonshine Cambodia, Citadelle, and Planteray, showcasing premium spirits alongside locally inspired ingredients from Cambodia and the Philippines.
The first event takes place on July 18, when Kristian Torres, Head Bartender at Long Bar, takes over Elephant Bar in Siem Reap. Renowned for his technical precision and narrative-driven cocktails, Torres will reinterpret classic drinks using vibrant Filipino flavours and locally sourced ingredients.
Cambodian Mixology Heads to Manila
The exchange continues on August 14, when the Elephant Bar team travels to Raffles Makati in Manila.
Leading the experience is Nisha, the dedicated Raffles Gin Butler at Raffles Grand Hotel d’Angkor. Recognised for her expertise in gin and Cambodian botanicals, she was also a finalist in the 2025 Campari Red Hands Cambodia Competition.
During the event, Nisha will showcase cocktails inspired by Cambodia's culinary traditions while highlighting premium Maison Ferrand spirits.
Signature Cocktail Takes Centre Stage
Guests can look forward to tasting Nisha's acclaimed signature cocktail, "Berry Suspicious", crafted using:
- Citadelle Rouge Gin
- Crème de Fraise
- Kampot Pepper Syrup
- Fresh Strawberry & Basil Purée
- Magic Foam
- A surprise finishing element
The cocktail beautifully combines Cambodia's iconic ingredients with contemporary mixology techniques, delivering an elegant and memorable drinking experience.
