Royal Orchid Signs Regenta Jodhpur to Expand Asset-Light Leisure Portfolio
Royal Orchid & Regenta Hotels signs a new Regenta leisure hotel in Jodhpur, reinforcing its asset-light expansion in heritage destinations.
Royal Orchid & Regenta Hotels Ltd. (ROHL) has announced the signing of a new leisure property in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, further advancing the group’s asset-light expansion strategy in culturally significant destinations across India.
The upcoming Regenta Hotel, Jodhpur will be operated under a hotel management agreement, reflecting ROHL’s focus on scaling its portfolio through strategic partnerships while strengthening brand presence in high-demand leisure markets.
Scheduled to open by December 2029, the hotel is positioned to tap into Jodhpur’s growing appeal as a destination for heritage tourism, weddings, and premium social gatherings, supported by rising domestic and inbound travel to Rajasthan.
The property is being developed in partnership with Jodhana Real Home Private Limited and Shreeyukt and will offer spacious suite-style accommodations designed for extended leisure stays and celebration-led travel.
Regenta Hotel, Jodhpur will feature expansive conference and banquet facilities, a lobby bar, an all-day dining restaurant, and a rooftop pool bar. The amenity mix is aimed at positioning the hotel as a preferred venue for destination weddings, large-scale celebrations, and upscale corporate events.
A key highlight of the project is its extensive event infrastructure. Banqueting facilities will include a 6,000-square-foot banquet hall connected to a 4,000-square-foot open terrace, an additional 4,000-square-foot banquet hall, and three breakaway rooms of approximately 2,500 square feet each, offering flexibility for weddings, conferences, and social functions.
