BENGALURU — Ajay Das has been appointed Front Office Manager at ITC Windsor. He brings over a decade of front office and guest service experience, built entirely within the ITC Hotels group across multiple cities in India.
Das joins from ITC Kohenur in Hyderabad, where he served as Front Office Manager. His work there covered front office operations, guest satisfaction and service delivery improvements across the property.
Ajay Das Built Career Across ITC Hotels Properties in India
His career at ITC Hotels includes postings at ITC Kakatiya in Hyderabad and Welcomhotel Coimbatore. He also served at ITC Mughal in Agra, giving him experience across leisure, business and heritage hospitality formats.
He also worked at the Guest Contact Centre for ITC Hotels Central Reservations across India. That role gave him exposure to pan-India customer engagement and reservations management at a group level.
Das is an alumnus of the ITC Hospitality Management Institute in Gurgaon. He holds strong working knowledge of Opera PMS, ORS and Talisma hotel systems.
