Aman Joshi Appointed HR Manager at InterContinental Jaipur

JAIPUR — Aman Joshi has been appointed Human Resources Manager at InterContinental Jaipur Tonk Road. He brings progressive HR experience across Hyatt Hotels, Accor, IHG Hotels and Trident Hotels under The Oberoi Group.

His career covers talent acquisition, employee engagement, workplace culture, compliance and HR strategy across premium domestic and international hospitality brands.

Aman Joshi Built HR Career Across Five Hotel Groups

Joshi served at Hyatt Hotels and Resorts in Dharamshala, Himachal Pradesh. He progressed from Assistant Manager Human Resources to Manager Human Resources and then Human Resources Manager during his tenure there.

At Novotel Ahmedabad under Accor, he served as Assistant Manager for Talent and Culture. His team was recognised with the Department of the Quarter award in early 2025 during his time there.

At Holiday Inn Chandigarh Zirakpur under IHG, he moved from Human Resources Coordinator to Human Resources Executive. He was also named Champion of the Month in August 2021 during his posting there.

Earlier in his career he worked at Country Inn and Suites by Radisson in Zirakpur and Trident Hotels under The Oberoi Group. His foundational training was completed at JW Marriott Chandigarh.

As Human Resources Manager, Joshi will oversee talent acquisition, employee engagement and workplace culture at the property. His focus aligns with IHG's People First philosophy across the hotel's associate experience.

He holds an MBA in Human Resources from Lovely Professional University and a degree in Hotel Management from Chitkara University.
