Ventive Hospitality has appointed Amit Sachdeva as Assistant Vice President – Operations, adding senior-level operational expertise to its leadership team as the company advances its growth strategy. With over 25 years in hospitality, Sachdeva brings extensive experience across luxury and upscale hotel segments.
Takes Charge of Operational Excellence Across Portfolio
In his new role, Sachdeva will oversee operational performance across Ventive Hospitality’s portfolio. His mandate includes improving efficiency across hotel operations, strengthening guest experience standards, and supporting the organisation’s strategic growth initiatives.
He will also lead key operational functions, ensuring alignment with the company’s broader vision of delivering consistent and high-quality hospitality experiences. The role requires coordination across departments and properties to maintain service standards while improving overall business performance.
Extensive Industry Experience Across Global Brands
Sachdeva brings more than two and a half decades of experience in the hospitality sector, having worked with several international hotel groups. His professional background spans leadership roles across luxury and upscale brands, providing him with exposure to diverse operational environments.
Prior to joining Ventive Hospitality, he served as General Manager at JW Marriott Mussoorie Walnut Grove Resort & Spa. His earlier roles include Cluster General Manager for Hyderabad Marriott Hotel & Convention Centre and Courtyard by Marriott Hyderabad, where he managed multi-property operations and contributed to business performance.
He has also held the position of Assistant Vice President at The Camellias by DLF. Over the course of his career, he has worked with organisations including Marriott International, AccorHotels, Starwood Hotels & Resorts, Oberoi Hotels & Resorts, and The Imperial, New Delhi, building a broad base of operational and leadership experience.
Track Record in Performance and Team Development
Throughout his career, Sachdeva has been associated with operational improvements, revenue growth, and team development initiatives. His leadership experience includes managing business turnarounds and driving year-on-year performance across rooms and food and beverage functions.
He has also contributed to building structured teams and maintaining guest satisfaction metrics across properties. His work has been linked to operational stability and performance consistency in competitive hospitality markets.
