Arshiya Paul joins The Westin Pune Koregaon Park as Director of Human Resources with 16 years across Accor, hospitality and corporate HR.

PUNE, Maharashtra — The Westin Pune Koregaon Park has appointed Arshiya Paul as Director of Human Resources, adding a 16-year HR professional with experience across hospitality and corporate talent management to its leadership team.
Paul joins from Novotel Kolkata Hotel and Residences, where she served as Talent and Culture Manager.
Arshiya Paul Brings 16 Years of HR Leadership to Westin Pune
Before Novotel Kolkata, Paul managed multi-property HR operations as Talent and Culture Manager for ibis, ibis Styles and ibis budget across the Greater Kolkata area for over four years. She also held the role of Human Resources Manager at Archer Hospitality, The Astor.
Earlier in her career, she worked in human resources at Interactive Avenues and Flipkart in Bengaluru, giving her a foundation across both corporate and hospitality HR functions.
Industry Recognition Across HR Leadership
Paul received the HR Professional of the Year award at the World HRD Congress and was a recipient at the BW Hotelier Indian Hospitality Awards 2023. She also held HR Head — India East recognition during her time with Accor brands.
She is a Certified Parenting Coach, Certified Hospitality Trainer and holds certification in Ken Blanchard on Servant Leadership.
Academic Background
Paul holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from the Institute of Management and Technology.
In her new role, she will lead talent development strategies and build a supportive workplace culture for associates at The Westin Pune Koregaon Park.
