Balaji Sarovar Premiere has announced the appointment of Ashish Yadav as Food & Beverage Manager, strengthening the hotel’s leadership team in its food and beverage operations.
Yadav brings more than 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, having worked with several international hotel brands and hospitality organisations across India and the global cruise sector. Over the years, he has developed strong expertise in food and beverage management, guest service operations, and hospitality leadership.
During his career, he has been associated with leading hospitality brands including Hyatt, Accor, and Taj Hotels, where he gained valuable experience in managing restaurant operations, guest service delivery, and food and beverage teams.
His professional journey also includes experience with Royal Caribbean International, where he worked in large-scale hospitality service environments and managed high-volume food and beverage operations.
In addition, Yadav has worked with well-known Indian hospitality brands such as The Fern Hotels & Resorts and Royal Orchid Hotels, expanding his experience across multiple hospitality segments.
Before joining Balaji Sarovar Premiere Solapur, he served as Assistant F&B Manager at Royal Orchid Goa Resort & Spa. After completing this role, he took a short professional break before beginning his new assignment with Balaji Sarovar Premiere.
In his new role, Yadav will be responsible for overseeing the food and beverage operations at the property, managing restaurant and banquet services, and supporting the hotel’s dining experience initiatives.
Balaji Sarovar Premiere is recognised as Solapur’s first flagship five-star property, and the hotel aims to further strengthen its dining and hospitality offerings through experienced leadership and operational excellence.
