Fairfield by Marriott Jodhpur has announced the appointment of Kamlesh Joshi as its new Chief Engineer, strengthening the hotel’s leadership team with a highly experienced hospitality engineering professional.

With over 18 years of experience in hospitality engineering, Kamlesh Joshi brings strong technical expertise, leadership excellence, and extensive exposure to pre-opening projects and large-scale operational upgrades. Throughout his career, he has successfully led engineering teams, implemented energy-efficient solutions, maintained high safety standards, and ensured compliance with global hospitality benchmarks.

Kamlesh has worked with several leading hospitality brands, including The Oberoi Group, Hilton Hotels & Resorts, Radisson Hotel Group, and Lebua Hotels & Resorts. He is widely recognised for his strengths in project planning, preventive maintenance, asset management, and operational efficiency, all of which contribute significantly to enhancing guest comfort and overall hotel performance.

In his role as Chief Engineer at Fairfield by Marriott Jodhpur, Kamlesh Joshi will oversee the hotel’s engineering operations, focusing on infrastructure reliability, sustainability initiatives, safety standards, and seamless day-to-day technical operations to support an exceptional guest experience.
