An alumnus of Welingkar Institute of Management, Mumbai, and the Institute of Hotel Management, Goa and Mumbai, Prasad has cultivated a rich and diverse career in luxury hospitality. His professional journey includes significant roles at The Indian Hotels Company Limited (Taj Hotels), InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG), The Leela Kempinski, The Zuri Hospitality Group, and Hyatt Hotels Corporation — where he has consistently demonstrated leadership in people development and training excellence.


Continuing the Hyatt Journey

Before joining Grand Hyatt Mumbai, Prasad served as Learning Manager at Grand Hyatt Goa, where he successfully led property-level learning initiatives and contributed as an ASPAC Master Trainer for Hyatt Hotels Corporation. In this role, he designed and delivered impactful leadership and trainer capability workshops across the Asia Pacific region, fostering skill enhancement and engagement among hospitality professionals.
